Are you sending samples from outside of the European Union? What has changed?

• The Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) is imposing stricter requirements, which means we must carry out stricter inspections on the packages.  The stricter requirements mainly concern these two documents;

• S-loa: If this document is not attached or not completely filled in we are obligated to refuse your package.
• DOIV: If this document is not attached or not completely filled in we are obligated to refuse your package.

• The explanation about sending the package has been improved.
• It’s now possible to fill out the PDF file digitally as well.

Please fill out the blue areas on the S-loa, DOIV and commercial invoice to send packages to NovaCropControl. This prevents shipment delays and rejections of your package.
